Mehtap Yagci

Mehtap is a Senior ESG Associate contributing to the evaluation of current and potential portfolio investments and supporting Boston Trust Walden’s active ownership efforts. In her role, Mehtap analyzes corporate sustainability policies, practices, and performance across a broad array of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. She also supports engagement efforts with companies across a range of sustainability issues. Mehtap is a member of the Boston Trust Walden Research and Engagement Committee.

Mehtap began her career in 2008 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2024. Previously, she worked at CDP as a Capital Markets Account Manager. In her role, Mehtap provided support to investors using insights from CDP data and solutions to help realize their decarbonization and net-zero ambitions. Mehtap holds a BA in Cultural Studies from Sabanci University in Turkey. She also holds an MA in Contemporary Art Theory from the University of London and an MBA in Sustainability from Bard.
