Lina Carpino

As a member of the Operations team, Lina has direct oversight over the Transaction Services Group.  She works closely with Client Service professionals to ensure client requests are processed promptly and accurately, develops and implements processes to streamline workflows across business units, and manages the client portal.  She has project management responsibilities on initiatives that support the firm’s strategic plan, and helps manage the firm’s outsourcing partners.

Lina began her career in 1986 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2021. Previously she worked at Convexity Capital Management as the Assistant Director of Operations. Prior to Convexity she served as the Manager of Global Operations at Harvard Management Company. Lina earned a Secretarial Certificate from Katherine Gibbs College.
