Joyce de Oliveira

Joyce is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as legal, operational, and financial risk management policies. She contributes to the firm’s corporate governance process; supports vendor management, incident response, information security training, and trade compliance oversight; and assists with internal audit management. Joyce also works with the Legal and Compliance team in the design and enhancement of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Joyce began her career in 2016 and joined the firm in 2023. Previously she worked at Chase Bank Boston as Lead Associate of Operations and at Bank of America as a Relationship Banker.
