Jon Eng
Director of Operations
Jon oversees the activities of the team responsible for investment operations, including investment accounting, performance reporting, transaction processing, and asset reconciliation. He co-manages Boston Trust Walden’s relationships with key third-party vendors related to our investment management platform and custody services. Jon also works closely with Boston Trust Walden client service and investment professionals to further initiatives that achieve the firm’s objectives.
Prior to joining Boston Trust Walden in 2024, Jon served as Vice President and Investment Operations Manager at Birch Hill Investment Advisors, managing the investment operations, trading, and compliance functions as well as a key information technology vendor. Prior to that, Jon served as Senior Operations Analyst at Boston Trust Walden for three years and held multiple positions at State Street Bank.
Jon holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Maine School of Law.
